Our standard coaching plan is for runners of all levels who are training for anything from a mile to a marathon. With this plan, runners receive the following services:

  • Personalized bi-weekly training plans
  • Online and mobile accessibility
  • Goalsetting
  • Pre-race planning
  • Post-race evaluation
  • Unlimited email correspondence – 24hr reply
  • Monthly phone chat check-ins
  • Support from the TSRF community

Premium

Our premium coaching plan is for those athletes who wish to have more communication with their coach and more in-depth analysis of their training and racing as they progress throughout the training cycle. In addition to the standard services, premium coaching also includes the following:

  • Daily text correspondence
  • Weekly phone check-ins
  • Detailed analysis of each workout
  • Monthly progress reports
  • Pre and post-race phone chats
